Having acquired numerous skills from post-employment and post experiences throughout their lives, even those gained at Higher Institutions of Learning, they invested themselves into developing the Proprietary.

Therefore, the foundation of P-Quliar is deeply entrenched in the co-vision & the management principles of our founders. Whom have equally contributed immensely to the growth & viability, and still continue to remain consistent in their contributions.
